Where's the mod

I don't mean complain much, but when there is an issue that requires the action of a Mod and you ask for one either for a question about why mobs are not spawning for about 30 minutes, or you have a grief in the happening, where are they, I know there's not a mod at all times of day, but these issues have happened to me while 2 were online, and I've even asked if anybody could see my massages, I asked for mod help a few days back because I caught someone destroying my area, I asked for mod and nothing happened, another player even asked this mod to please help as he was watching as well, then tonight I'm trying to hunt wither skeletons and there are no mobs to be found, not even spawning from mob spawner, I ask 3 times with a testing testing line, and still no response from the mod, now that I've mentioned forums, the mobs have started to spawn, but still no answer from mom's the one that was online, and the one that still is at this time of post,

But like I said I'm not here to complain, I just wanted a little help, there's only so much I can do

It might be the person you were speaking to is AFK at the moment you were talking to him. If you need a mod's help, you can always file a modrequest. Any mod can see it and they will get your coordinates automatically. Just do /modreq 'message' ingame and a mod will see to it as soon as possible!

I appologize if this was me but I do try to help as many players as I can. I know I afk a little here and then, maybe more than usual since I am on vacation but you have to be patiant with us and as of what ynef said if a mod is afk or not online a modreq is the best choice because us mods get alerted about every few mins that someone has a modreq and it spams us so we will know if you have an issue.

dwa, likely a mob grinder exceeding entity counts nearby making it not possible for new mobs to spawn. As ynef mentioned, use modreq unless its urgent. Unfortunately, even with 30 staff, you run into this where people wont be on all the time. Or you run into the problem where its nothing but mods online... such is life I guess. We get what we pay for (me headaches, you guys a free server with volunteer help from the team).
