You won't have to. If you want more ores you can go to pvp but only if you want the risk as well.

Just to clear things up
PvP (Wilds)
-Higher ore percentage
-Mob spawners
-Nether present
-Griefing allowed
PvE
-Lower ore percentage
-No mob spawners (being discussed)
-No nether
-NO griefing allowed

So PvP world does have better resources but you run the risk of being found and killed / griefed.

As mayor of MADropolis I would like to say that MADropolis will be represented after the reset. We're not sure how yet (theme of city) but we will see. Most likely it will be harbour/water based. The Idea is also to let it grow more naturally.

And for transport, We were working with Valhalla to make an underground railroadsystem. It's almost done... I'm willing to work on it on the new server.

that's impossible to pull off, but it'll be pvp that has a nether, not pve.

Multiverse Netherportals supports 2 overworlds linked to one nether i think.

You will keep hat. However Magic Carpet is under discussion.

The reason being is that it's the biggest tool that donors use for abuse. They use it to steal, kill (fixed by removing pvp in pve), and harass other players. I personally would like to see it gone but I doubt that is likely. We are using a new logging plugin which is more efficient that what we currently have. This will let us know if players are abusing it or not so I think you will keep magic carpet.
